Chris submitted several CVs to our human resources department, and we worked together for several days to identify someone who would be a good fit for our available position. He seemed honest and not pushy, but at the same time, willing to do what it takes to cement the deal within our very tight timeframe. For example, our candidate-of-choice was located in another country where visa restrictions prevented a face-to-face interview, so Chris suggested a video teleconference interview, and (as our security systems did not allow Skype) did much of the legwork to identify an appropriate location for the interview within the Ukraine.
