- Meeting all clients in response to a new job request within one week (depending on client availability) or at the very least holding a TC to gather the vital information initial availability is limited.
- Biannual client feedback meetings to shape our service and follow up meetings on all placements
- Full screening of all candidates prior to introduction with the client
- Psychometric testing on short listed candidates is offered as a matter of course
- Obtaining formal feedback on every placement within one month of employment
- Assigning dedicated Account Management teams with specialised skills which best support your needs
